Sahar Faramarzi, MA, BCBA, LBA

Founder, BrightPath Behavior Services

Sahar is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst who helps children and families navigate behavioral challenges and build meaningful skills. Her work emphasizes individualized parent coaching and in-school therapy, with practical strategies and close collaboration with educators.

She holds a master's degree in psychology and completed coursework in applied behavior analysis at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her background includes work at Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, supporting the assessment and treatment of severe challenging behaviors, and Ivymount School in Rockville, Maryland, where she served as a classroom behavior specialist.

Before founding BrightPath, Sahar oversaw the early intervention autism clinic at Children's Medical Center in Dallas. She is also trained and certified in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).

Sahar founded BrightPath to provide personalized support that reflects each child's needs and each family's priorities. She works directly with parents and educators to turn behavioral goals into practical strategies for everyday life.

Outside of work, Sahar enjoys traveling with her husband and their two daughters.
